The mother of Sean "Diddy" Combs' infant twins speaks out on their break-up.

SEAN "DIDDY" COMBS' former longtime girlfriend, KIM PORTER, is speaking to ET exclusively about their break-up.The mother of three of the music mogul's four children tells ET through her rep, MARVET BRITTO:

"After ten years, I have decided to end my on-again/off-again relationship with Sean Diddy' Combs. "In ending this relationship, I made a decision that was in the best interest of myself, Sean and our family. I look forward to moving on with my life and my career, and wish him prosperity, health and happiness in life and in love.

We will remain friends and committed parents to our children."

The news of their break-up, which broke Tuesday, came on the heels of a report in last week's New York Post that Kim had moved out of the New York City apartment she shared with Diddy and bought a home in Beverly Hills.

There had been speculation that the split was due to Diddy's relationship with SIENNA MILLER, but a rep for the rap mogul told People that "there is literally nothing between them," while a rep for the actress said that "reports of Sienna being linked with P. Diddy are categorically untrue."

The couple, who dated on and off since the '90s, have a son together, nine-year-old CHRISTIAN, as well as twin daughters, born last December. Diddy has another son, 13-year-old JUSTIN, from a previous relationship.
