Kevin Federline wants a lot of money from soon to be ex wife Britney Spears or custody of his children a new report set for release this week will claim. American magazine Life & Style Weekly has a tease on the mag's blog of the cover story this week that is titled, '$50 Million or the Babies!'


The weekly entertainment magazine reports in this week's issue that the only way Britney Spears can guarantee she’ll keep custody of her sons, Sean Preston, 16 months, and Jayden James, 4 months, is to give in to Kevin Federline’s settlement demands.


Brit’s estranged hubby turned down a $10 million offer in December and is now asking for an astonishing $50 million — about one third of Brit’s net worth — to give up full custody of the kids. “She’s been crying practically nonstop,” a friend of Brit’s dished to the magazine. Many have speculated that Britney's seemingly non-stop partying may hamper her attempts to keep the kids.

The couple recently came to a temporary agreement for the month of January for K-Fed's child visits. Spears, 25, who filed for divorce from Federline in November, will share custody of the couple's two children, 15-month-old Sean Preston and four-month old Jayden James
Federline, 28, will be granted access to the kids for four hours, three times a week, reports claimed.
